The Azahara Shop is an extension of the land, the people, and the rhythm of nature that shapes everything we do. Each product you find here carries a story—of cultivation, care, and time.
We privilege working closely with our local community—artisans, growers, and artists—whose knowledge and craftsmanship are rooted in the region. Our olive oil and herbs are natural extracts from Azahara itself, grown on our land and transformed with intention. Everything is handpicked, handmade, slowly crafted, and naturally dried by the dedicated hands of our team and volunteers.
We follow the pace of nature, not the other way around. For this reason, some products are offered in limited quantities. Certain herbs are only available at specific times of the year, and we choose to respect these natural cycles rather than force production. What you receive is always aligned with the season, the soil, and the harvest.
Our honey is sourced locally, reflecting the surrounding flora and landscapes. Our salt comes from an ancient local salt mine, where natural extraction has taken place since Roman times and continued through the Muslim period—preserving a tradition that connects past and present.
